Vegan Mashed Potatoes
They're fluffy, buttery, and creamy. Yes, you can have it all!
This recipe is super short, because it's super easy. And that's how I like it.
Ingredients:
*9 Gold potatoes
*2 tbsp vegan butter (I used Melt Organic brand)
*1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
*spices --This is up to you depending on how you like your taters. I like mine with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Directions:
1. Peel your potatoes
2. Use a pressure cooker on the steam setting for 25 minutes, or boil your potates in water. Either way, cook them till they're soft.
3. Once they're cooked, add butter, milk, and spices and potatoes to a bowl. If you have a stand mixer, use the whisk attachment and whip them until fluffy! If you don't have a stand mixer, use a masher and a fork.
4. Serve and enjoy!
