A breakfast burrito is the perfect start to your morning, not only because it's portable, but because you can put whatever you want in it!

INGREDIENTS:

*Tortilla shell

*Medium Firm Tofu

*Chopped tomatoes

*Chopped green onion

*Chopped mushrooms

*Cilantro

*Preferred Seasonings


More ingredient ideas:

Avocado, salsa or hot sauce, peppers, faux sausage (like this LiteLife sausage), Daiya, Wayfare, or Follow Your Heart brand cheese, or hash browns. The possibilities are endless!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Drain and press tofu

2. Heat a pan with oil and crumble to tofu in

3. Add seasonings of your preference (I like nutritional yeast, garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder)

4. Stir well and let cook until browned slightly

5. Heap your tofu on to a tortilla shell and add your other ingredients

6. Roll it up and eat it then or take it with you.
