INGREDIENTS:

*1 Sourdough English Muffin

*1 Avocado

*2 Daiya American Style Sliced Cheeze

*2 Yves Veggie Bac'n Slices

*Garlic Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1. Toast your english muffin.

2. Mash your avocado in a small bowl and stir in garlic salt and pepper to taste.

3. On a microwave safe plate, lay down the 2 slices of veggie bac'n next to each other and top each with a slice of the cheeze. Melt in the microwave for approx 20-30 seconds.

4. Once muffin is toasted, spoon your mashed avocado on top of each half. Using a small spatula, scoop up the veggie bac'n/cheeze and place on top of the avocado.


Now go and stuff it in your face and do it without distraction, because you'll want to savor every bite!
