BBQ Chick'n Sliders

These are super quick and easy to make! They would be a great appetizer, lunch or dinner!

Meatless bbq sliders using Gardein chick’n Vegan www.kristincooksplants.com

Ingredients:

*1 bag Gardein chik'n strips

*1/4 cup veggie broth

*BBQ Sauce

*1/4 head of cabbage

*1/2 stalk chopped green onion

*chopped red onion (small amount, depending on how onion-y you like it)

*1/4 cup vegan mayo

*1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

*small handful of shredded carrots

*buns

*Salt/pepper

*1 tsp minced garlic

Directions:

1. Put the chik'n strips and broth in a skillet. Let cook on medium heat until browned and hot on the inside

2. Make the coleslaw by adding cabbage, carrots, red & green onions, vegan mayo, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt/pepper to a bowl. Stir and mix well.

3. Once chik'n strips are done cooking, remove from heat and add BBQ sauce to the pan, stirring to coat. (If you want to use a fork and shred the chik'n at this point you can, or you can just put them on the sandwich as they are, your choice!)

4. Put the slaw and chik'n on your bun and enjoy!

WAIT, WHAT?! That was only 4 steps?! Pffft, go make some!
