Bac'n Grilled Cheeze Bites
Who thinks grilled cheese would make a great appetizer? I do, and you're welcome, because it's easy to assemble, easy to make, and who doesn't love grilled cheese?!
INGREDIENTS:
*Bread (store bought, or my homemade recipe here)
* Vegan cheeze slices (I use Daiya American style, it's my FAVE)
*Vegan margarine or butter
*Veggie bac'n (I use Yves Veggie ham, it looks and tastes like canadian bacon!)
*Garlic salt
*Dipping sauce (I used plain mustard, but be creative and use whatever you've got!)
So most of you know how to make a grilled cheese, but here's directions anyways!
Directions:
1. Butter one side of each piece of bread.
2. Heat a frying pan or a stovetop griddle.
3. Place bread butter-side-down, stack with cheeze slice and veggie ham.
4. Place another piece of bread on top, butter-side-up.
5. Brown each side to perfection.
6. Let them cool for a few minutes then cut them into small squares.
7. Place on a serving tray and sprinkle with garlic salt.
8. Place a dipping sauce next to the squares and serve!
EASY-FREAKING-PEASY, you guys. and I promise, people will devour these. It's actually what I'm having for dinner right now.. and now I'm leaving, because I'm gonna make more...
Keep cooking, friends!
