Vegan Kids Lunchboxes

Ever wonder what vegan kids eat? Well then, I'm glad you came here! This will be an ongoing post where I will continue to add new lunch ideas for vegan kiddos weekly. So keep coming back and checking out what my kiddos are eating!

My kids have a very simple palette. They don't like fancy or super flavorful foods. So these are there simple, easy, lunchboxes.


This is the lunchbox we use. It’s been super durable and the seals are great, no leaks!

Veggie noodles with black olives, carrots and cauliflower, orange slices, chocolate fig bar, vegan chocolate chips.

Mini Quesadillas using Daiya Cheddar shreds, orange cauliflower, sliced grapes, fig bar, vegan gummies.

Peanut butter & Jelly sandwich, spinach leaves with Just ranch, strawberries, saltine crackers, vegan marshmallow.

Half a bagel with Yves veggie ham, cucumber, vegan mayo, and Daiya cheese. Hummus, celery, cantaloupe, real fruit stick.

Seasoned tofu, peas & carrots, strawberries, ritz crackers, vegan chocolate chips.

Peanut butter & Jelly sandwich, baby spinach leaves, cut grapes, Silk vanilla yogurt, vegan chocolate chips.

Homemade pizza with Boca meatless crumbles and Daiya cheese, green leaf lettuce, cantaloupe, fig bar, fruit leather.

Saltine crackers, seasoned tofu, green leaf lettuce, banana, black olives, vegan chocolate chips.

Yellow rice with kale, banana, Silk vanilla yogurt, black olives, vegan chocolate chips.

White rice with soy sauce, tofu triangles, pickle, sliced apples, carrots, vegan gummies.

Peanut butter & Jelly sandwich, lettuce and black beans, applesauce, carrots, pistachios.

Yves veggie ham pieces, tortilla chips, oranges, Silk vanilla yogurt, celery, pistachios.

Noodles, oranges, seaweed sheets, cucumber, Unreal peanut gems (see my video about these tasty treats here

Mini bagel sandwich with Yves veggie ham, vegan mayo, and mustard. Snap Snap Peas crisps, sliced grapes, orange bell pepper, pistachios.

Spaghetti, granola bar, gnocchi crunchers, sliced grapes, black olives, peanut butter & vegan chocolate chips.

Vegan Mac & Cheese (recipe here) with bread crumbs, strawberries, black olives, carrots, chocolate fig bar.

Peanut butter & Jelly roll-up, grapes and strawberries, wheat thins crackers, celery, mini vegan chocolate chips.

English muffin with cucumber and mustard (my daughter’s favorite combo), spinach and Just ranch, crackers, blueberries & raspberries, vegan chocolate chips.

Bowtie noodles, oranges, vanilla yogurt, carrots, vegan chocolate chips.

Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich, cucumbers, grapes, yellow rice, seasoned chickpeas, vegan chocolate chips.

Sandwich with veggie ham and Daiya cheddar, cauliflower, fresh green beans, Daiya pumpkin pie, sliced grapes, almonds.

Two Lightlife veggie hot dogs with ketchup and mustard, sliced cucumbers, oranges, applesauce, almonds.
