Green Power Smoothie

Smoothies... everyone's drinking them, shaking them in their shaker cups, and blendin' them up. So get on the bandwagon and make yourself a tasty smoothie this morning!

INGREDIENTS:

*1 Serving of Plant based protein powder

*8 ounces almond milk

*1 banana

*Handful of baby spinach leaves

*1 tbs peanut butter

*1 tbs chia seeds or hemp hearts

*1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pour almond milk to the 8 ounce line of a blender.

2. Add the rest of your ingredients.

3. Blend well until smooth.
